    Shipping

Free Shipping Over $60 to continental United States and Canada. Flat rate $9.99 shipping fee under $60 to the continental United States and Canada. Some remote address may incur additional shipping costs.

    Shipping Time

Orders require 1-2 days for processing and roasting, in addition to the shipping times listed below. Orders are processed Monday - Friday.

These shipping times are guidelines only and may be affected by holidays, inclement weather, inventory shortages and other delays.

    Damaged Products

If your shipment box arrives damaged, we recommend that you do not sign for it so that a claim can be made. If your coffee arrives damaged inside a box with no outward signs of damage, please contact us directly by email.

    Returns

When you select a custom roast and grind and place an order, we create a unique product that we can not resell, which means that we can't take it back as a return. Fresh roasted coffee is also a time-sensitive product, gradually losing it's unique attributes over the course of a couple weeks. Because of this, we do not accept returns on open or unopened coffee.
