Vietnam is now the world's second largest coffee producer behind Brazil, and beats out Colombia by a significant margin. However, Vietnam has yet to contribute significantly to the world's specialty coffee market.

I have tried many of the coffees you describe as being among the best, including the Costa Rican labels. My preference when home-brewed is QY ("key") coffee from Viet Nam. Let me know your thoughts, if you can find the brand.
