    Haitian Blue Coffee Beans

Grown in Haiti, the blue-green color of Haitian Blue coffee beans led to the name of this shade-grown, wet processed (washed) coffee which has only been grown since 1995 (also sometimes: Haiti Bleu). Haiti constitutes the western half of an island, with the eastern half belonging to the Dominican Republic.

Careful cultivation, hand-picking, and proper processing yield a higher quality cup of coffee than previously available from Haiti. Haitian Bleu,  is also a certified Fair Trade Coffee. Also see Haiti Coffee.
